报告说明
编制发布高校毕业生就业质量年度报告,是高等学校建立健全就业状况反馈机制、引导高校优化招生和专业结构、改进人才培养模式、及时反馈社会的一项重要工作。根据教育部和河南省教育厅相关文件要求,学校编制和发布《ylzzcom永利2021届毕业生就业质量年度报告》。本报告基于学校统计的所有统招毕业生的毕业率数据,同时结合学校针对毕业生开展的就业质量调研,以及针对用人单位开展的就业满意度调研的结果,目的是能够全面反映毕业生的就业状况及毕业生对学校教育教学、就业工作的评价。
根据文件要求,结合学校2021届毕业生实际的就业状况,全文包括:ylzzcom永利、2021届毕业生规模与结构、就业去向和就业质量分析、就业创业工作情况、毕业生对母校教育教学反馈情况、自主创业、国内升学、出国(境)、趋势分析、相关建议等若干部分。
ylzzcom永利
ylzzcom永利是经河南省人民政府批准成立、教育部备案的全日制普通高等院校,纳入全国普通高校统一招生计划,具有独立颁发国家电子注册学历文凭的资格。
学院坐落在古怀庆府所在地——沁阳香港街,此地物华天宝、人杰地灵,经改革开放的春风吹拂,已具有现代都市的雏形;香港街距长济高速3公里,距郑州机场1小时车程,交通便利。
学院规划用地1000亩,已有建筑面积99000多平方米,建设风格现代,硬件设施齐全;学院办学理念先进、育人特色鲜明、师资力量雄厚,现下设四系一部及继续教育学院、国际交流中心、职业技能鉴定所,开设有“建筑工程、电脑设计、航空服务、汽车检测与维修”等三十余个专业。
学院坚持“面向产业,面向就业,面向学生职业生涯”的办学方向,突出高职教育特色,着重培养具有知识应用能力和岗位适应能力的“一线高级技术应用型人才”。与此相适应,运动场、体育馆、图书馆等一应俱全,实验室、实训室、实操场有30多个,一支老中青结合、知识结构全面、亲切耐心的教职工队伍日益成熟。
学院与省内外多家知名企业合作,就业安置可靠;设有广州校区、上海交通大学 “2+1”双证班,学生拿到大专文凭的同时,可以拿到上海交通大学的技能证书;学生学到了过硬的本领,又受到了沿海发达城市的进一步熏陶,就业竞争力将大为提升。
经省教育厅批复,学院的汽车检测与维修、焊接技术与自动化、机电一体化等专业可以与华北水利水电学院、河南理工大学等大学实行对口专升本。同时,学院与美国明尼苏达大学、加拿大多伦多剑桥理工学院、澳大利亚南澳州专业技术学院等签署了合作协议,国际交流广泛,学生留学简易。
年轻的工贸学院充满活力,经过这些年的发展,得到了各级主管部门的高度肯定,获得了家长和学生的一致认可,2011年获准招收五年制大专生,2013年获准参加河南省高考单独招生。莘莘学子通过这所信息化、人文化、生态化、现代化“大熔炉”的提炼,必将在各自岗位上展现出综合素质高、业务水平精、动手能力强的真我风采,成为社会主义现代化建设的中流砥柱。

从专业类别看,2679名2021届毕业生分布在10个专业大类,其中,财经商贸大类毕业生最多,共有658人,占比24.56%;教育与体育大类最少,仅有14人,占比0.52%。具体如下表所示:

第二章 毕业去向落实情况
一、毕业生调查问卷情况
为了全面、客观了解ylzzcom永利2021届毕业生就业状况,检验和反馈学校的人才培养质量,受ylzzcom永利委托,第三方教育评价机构——河南省教育评估中心依托“高校毕业生就业状况调查系统及分析平台(英文简称CGESP)”,于2021年11月20日至12月20日,组织开展ylzzcom永利2021届毕业生就业状况问卷调查工作,对2679名专科毕业生一一发送手机短信及邮件等方式邀请毕业生填写调查问卷。据统计,共收到有效问卷947份,有效问卷回收率35.34%。
就业质量是一个综合概念,影响它的因素很多,包括从业者的工作收入、个人发展前景和对工作的满意程度,还包括用人单位的满意度、社会的满意度等等。本次调研的指标体系是河南省教育评估中心结合学校实际情况而设计,针对性比较高。问卷共三个部分,第一部分主要是被调研者的基本情况,包括学历层次,所学专业、就业现状、困难群体等;第二部分主要是被调研者的就业基本情况,包括就业地区、就业行业、就业职业、就业单位性质、薪酬情况、求职过程等;第三部分主要是对就业质量维度的调研,一方面包括毕业生对就业现状的满意度,具体从岗位与专业的对口度、薪酬的满意度、职业发展前景的满意度、对目前工作的满意度等维度来进行考量。另一方面包括毕业生对就业工作的满意度,具体从毕业生对就业指导的满意度、对就业服务的满意度等进行考量。现将调查问卷回收情况统计如下:
(一)分院系问卷回收情况
分院系看,问卷回收率最高的是学前教育学院,回收率为67.20%;其次是职能工程学院,问卷回收率为58.19%;再次是汽车工程学院,问卷回收率为40.84%;回收率最低的是建筑与工程学院,回收率仅为14.83%。具体如下表所示:

从34个专业看问卷回收情况看,播音与主持、幼儿发展与健康管理、舞蹈表演、计算机应用技术和视觉传播设计与制作5个专业毕业生问卷回收率均超过60.00%。其中问卷回收率超过30.00%的专业达20个以上。具体如下表所示:
